Only serious buyers, armed with available funds will instruct Search agents to act for them. • Before you come to the New Forest, we will always inspect any suitable properties on your behalf. We will select the ones that most closely match your requirements.
  
  
• We will view the best properties with you. Having found the perfect property, we will aim to acquire it on your behalf on the most beneficial terms. In doing so, we will discuss with you strategy, price and timing. This will be done against a background of our local knowledge of the market.
  
  
• You will not be alone in navigating your way through the complexities of buying a property. We will be on hand to organise a building survey, liase with your solicitors, the Estate Agents and any other Professional advisers, which you wish to employ.
  
  
• Our brief will be to assist you with your purchase up to the point of Completion, when we make arrangements for the handing over of keys and reading meters.
