Fees & Surveyors Ombudsman Service

The Fees are split into two parts:

1. Registration/ Search Fee
   Prior to starting our search for you, we ask for a Registration fee of £1,000 which will cover the first 12 months.
   
   
2. Success Fee
   Our success Fee is based on 1.5% of the purchase price, payable on Completion.

Surveyors Ombudsman Service
In accordance with the requirements of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the firm operates a complaints handling procedure. As part of this procedure, there is redress to an independent mechanism, being the Surveyors Ombudsman Service.
