About Us

• Philip Gossage, a Chartered Surveyor, has been in the property business for over 35 years, gaining considerable experience in both the national and local country residential markets.
  
  
• Having qualified as a Land Agent originally, he moved up to London and worked in the National Country House market with a blue chip firm.
  
  
• By way of contrast, he moved to Africa and worked for the same blue chip UK firm in their Gaborone Office in Botswana.
  
  
• After his return to London, he continued to work in the national country house market until he married and moved back to the country where he worked for a blue chip firm in Newbury.
  
  
• Having grown up in the New Forest, it was natural that he would be drawn back to the forest and the South Coast. He has worked during the past 15 years in or close to the New Forest and now lives close to Lymington with his wife and two teenage children.
